Field & trade services

AI and software for field & trade services.

Jobs, quotes and invoices that move from the job site to the office on their own.

What we build
  • Scheduling
  • Quotes on site
  • Invoicing

Sound familiar?

Where the time goes.

Trade and field-service businesses win work on site and lose time in the office. We build tools that let a crew quote, schedule and close out a job from a phone, and pass everything to the office without the paperwork.

  • Paperwork after every job

Notes, photos and hours entered again back at the office.

  • Quotes that take days

By the time the quote goes out, the customer has called someone else.

  • A schedule on a whiteboard

Who is where, and what they need, lives in one person's head.

Example: on a fictional job, a technician adds three photos, builds a $1,820 quote from the price book, and the customer signs on the phone. The invoice is paid on site, and the office screen updates on its own: the job is closed, the next job is at 2:30 pm, and 3.5 hours are logged without a timesheet.

Example A job closed out on a phone, and the office screen updating on its own. Fictional company.

Use cases

What we would build for you.

  • Custom apps

    Close out in the driveway

    The situation
Crews finish the job, then spend the evening at the office re-entering notes, photos and hours.
    What we build
A phone app that closes out the job on site, with photos, signature and parts, and sends everything to scheduling and invoicing.

The moment The invoice is sent before the truck leaves the driveway.

  • Custom apps

    The quote that wins

    The situation
By the time a quote goes out a few days later, the customer has called someone else.
    What we build
Quotes built on site from your price book and photos, and signed on the phone.

The moment The customer signs on the doorstep, before the competitor calls back.

  • Automation

    The dispatch board

    The situation
Who is where, and what they need, lives on a whiteboard and in one dispatcher's head.
    What we build
A live board of jobs, crews and parts, with the next job suggested by location and skill for the dispatcher to confirm.

The moment An emergency call comes in, and the board shows the nearest crew with the right part.

How it works

How a job closes out before the truck leaves.

  1. 01Ride alongWe spend time with your crews and your office, and map a job from the first call to the paid invoice.
  2. 02Design for the phoneScreens built for a phone, in a truck, with gloves on: big buttons, few fields, photos in one tap.
  3. 03Connect the officeQuotes, photos, hours and signatures flow straight to scheduling and invoicing, with nothing typed twice.
  4. 04Roll it out crew by crewOne crew first, then the rest, with training on site and changes made from what the crews tell us.

Common questions

What people ask us first.

What if there is no signal on site?
The app keeps working offline and sends everything when the phone is back in range.
Our crews are not technical. Will they use it?
That is who we design for. If a crew member cannot use a screen in the first minute, we change the screen.
Does it work with our accounting software?
Yes. Invoices and payments go to the accounting system you already use, so the office keeps its routine.

A free discovery call, then a written recommendation with one agreed price. A deposit to start, and the rest when it does the job.
