Retail & ecommerce

AI and software for retail & ecommerce.

Deliveries, claims, product questions and referral programs handled with the evidence in one place.

What we build
  • Delivery tracking
  • Claims
  • Referral programs

Sound familiar?

Where the time goes.

Retailers and online stores win on what happens after the sale: delivery, returns, claims and the questions customers ask. We build tools that keep every order's photos, messages and status in one place, answer product questions from your own catalogue, and run referral programs that credit every sale correctly.

  • Order-status calls

Customers call to ask where their delivery is, because nobody told them the truck is running late.

  • Claims argued for a week

A damaged delivery turns into emails, photos and phone calls between three teams.

  • Questions the catalogue already answers

Staff look up sizes, materials and care instructions, one chat at a time.

Example: a fictional furniture delivery route has eight stops. Stops 1 to 6 are delivered, each with a photo; stop 7 is flagged with a claim for a scratched dresser; stop 8 is next. Two photos of the same dresser are put side by side: at the warehouse at 7:12 am the top drawer has no mark, and at the doorstep at 2:48 pm it has a scratch. The claim card for order 88213, opened by the customer, concludes the damage happened in transit: a replacement drawer front is ordered, the customer is texted a new delivery window of Saturday 10 to 12, and the decision is approved by the delivery manager.

Example A damage claim settled by putting the warehouse and doorstep photos side by side. Fictional order.

Use cases

What we would build for you.

  • Custom apps

    Photo proof

    The situation
When a customer reports damage, the question is always where it happened. Without evidence, the claim becomes a week of back-and-forth.
    What we build
Photos taken at the warehouse and at the doorstep are attached to the order automatically, so the claim opens with both side by side. The delivery manager decides.

The moment The scratch is in the doorstep photo and not the warehouse one, and the claim is settled in one look.

  • Automation

    The arrivals board

    The situation
Customers call when they do not know where their delivery is. One late truck means a hundred calls.
    What we build
Live delivery status on one board, with customers on a delayed route texted a new window before they call.

The moment One truck is stuck in traffic, the next three customers get a text, and the phones stay quiet.

  • Product development

    Credit where it is due

    The situation
Referral and affiliate programs pay commissions, and when a sale is disputed nobody can say why it was credited.
    What we build
A referral program that records the reason for every credited sale, so commissions can be reviewed and balances checked before anything is paid.

The moment A disputed commission is settled by opening the sale and reading why it was credited.

How it works

How every order tells its own story.

  1. 01Follow an orderFrom checkout to delivery to the review, we note every system, message and photo involved.
  2. 02Agree what customers seeWhat customers should be told, when, and in what words, agreed with your service team.
  3. 03Connect and automateOrders, deliveries, photos and messages linked, so updates go out and claims carry their evidence.
  4. 04People handle the exceptionsAnything unusual, such as a claim or an unhappy customer, goes to a person with the whole history attached.

Common questions

What people ask us first.

Will it work with our store and delivery software?
Most ecommerce, point-of-sale and delivery systems offer a way in. We confirm yours during discovery.
Do we need our own delivery fleet?
No. The same approach works with carriers and third-party delivery, as long as their updates can be read.
Can it answer customers on its own?
Routine updates and answers from your catalogue, yes. Claims, refunds and exceptions go to a person.
