What was going on
Discovery runs on examples, answers and approvals from busy people, and email loses all three. We wanted every engagement in one secure place.
What we built
- Invitation-only sign-in, with an authenticator for our own team.
- Guided discovery steps, file sharing and messages, saved as you go.
- Review and sign-off of what we understood, before anything is built.
What it does
- Keeps every example, answer and approval for an engagement in one place.
- Lets a client see what we have understood, and correct it.
- Works on a phone as well as on a desktop.
