The job

You'll build the assistants, document reviews, agents and data pipelines our clients run every day, wired into the systems they already use. Sometimes you'll join a client's team as their embedded AI engineer.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship LLM features: extraction, retrieval, agents and the evaluations behind them.
  • Connect them to the systems a business already runs on.
  • Sit with the people who'll use what you build, and design it with them.
  • Write the tests and evals that prove it works, and keep a person in the loop where it matters.
  • Sometimes join a client's team as their embedded AI engineer.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong Python or TypeScript.
  • At least one LLM feature shipped to real users.
  • A habit of measuring model output instead of trusting it.
  • Clear writing and a good ear for what a user really needs.
